San Diego Neighborhoods United is an independent, non-partisan, grassroots community organization dedicated to electing candidates who support community-oriented government. Once these candidates are in office, SDNU is dedicated to holding them accountable.

With dwindling revenue, a growing pension debt, and record budget deficit, the City of San Diego is faced with many difficult decisions.

A variety of special interests are attempting to influence these very important decisions and, without a coordinated effort, the voice of our neighborhoods may not be clearly heard.

With City Council elections in 2010 and the Mayoral election in 2012, it is critically important for neighborhoods to unite and be heard, regardless of political affiliation.
